First off: Thank you so much for this opportunity for us to soak up the knowledge that came with the your answers to Matt-san's questions.
Secondly:
MA: How have you balanced the demands of the warrior training lifestyle with your military duties, professional duties, and home life?

Well, my wife’s answer to that question would be, “Not very well.” Between a demanding fulltime job and teaching at Pitt, I work six-to-seven days a week. I am in the gym four-to-five days a week, averaging two hours per workout. I have a never ending list of things I want to get done in my “spare time”, something I never seem to have. My wife and I tend to have different priorities for the items on that list, and she frequently asks why I haven’t gotten things done that I haven’t even thought to add to the list. Need I say more?

No.... no you need not say more. I read that and laughed out loud... A man after my own heart!
Thirdly: The comment at the end puts a great deal of joy in my heart (as I train at the dojo with Mr, Mrs H and Matt-san.). I think from time to time, we all feel alone in the pursuit of true Budo until we have the luck of being surrounded by great martial artists in the true sense of the word!

Thank you so much... And Mat... Thank you so much for initiating and doing a great job of carrying this interview forth!

Agreed - the 'flawless ego' can be a big stumbling block, especially for people that get up in rank and notoriety. Mr. Morgan has definitely worked to avoid that!
