I&#039;m not sure if the hat or the weird lack of certain body parts disturbs me more. I should also mention that he never quite manages to do one Hindu push-up.

Secondly! It looks kind of like a vinyasa flow in yoga - except instead of a high push-up to low push-up to updog and downdog, it&#039;s kind of like a downdog to an updog, and back to a downdog. But an interesting similarity nonetheless.</description>

I read an article recently, I think in Journal of the Asian Martial Arts or Classical Fighting Arts, that discussed the common origins of tai chi and kung-fu grappling applications. Interesting stuff. As a result, I often describe tai chi as &quot;slow-motion kung-fu&quot; to people who ask me what it is. May or may not be accurate, but people get the idea.
