		<description>This is fascinating.  I haven't ever thought of breaking down the forms I train in like this, but you've got a definite point there.  I like the 12-3 idea.  There are several forms/kata that would be best practiced this way.  I think Pyung Ahn Ee Dan is one, as is Nahainchi Cho Dan.</description>

Anyway, I can think of many places in kata where the 12, 3 is better suited. Nai Hanchi kata for one, most kata actually. Now I just to get back at it so I can get working on it.</description>
